1. Who we are
These Terms of Service are between you and Alterego Agent Ltd trading as ForceTrend.com, referred to as "we", "us" or "our". The service is operated through ForceTrend.com and provides informational AI-assisted market news analytics, aggregated news-direction labels, history views, snapshots, widgets and related subscription features.
By registering, logging in, starting a PayPal checkout, entering or using a coupon, requesting a referral coupon payout, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the other legal documents linked from this page. Where the interface asks for a checkbox confirmation, that checkbox is part of the contract formation and risk acknowledgement process.
The Referral & Coupon Terms apply to every registered account because referral tools, coupon codes or attribution features may be available inside user accounts. Accepting those terms does not require any user to promote ForceTrend.com, share links, use coupons or participate in affiliate activity.
2. The service
The service collects and processes market-related news and publicly available article information from configured feeds. AI models may classify, summarise or score the news and may extract or aggregate news-direction labels, mentions, certainty indicators and other analytics.
The service is an informational news analytics application only. It does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, broker services, portfolio management, guaranteed predictions, execute orders, manage portfolios or hold client money.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration, email, billing and tax information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Access levels may differ between public users, registered users, active subscribers, testers and administrators. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the system, attempt to bypass access controls, abuse coupons or interfere with the service.
4. Subscriptions, prices and payment
Paid access is sold as monthly digital access. A successful payment adds the relevant access period to the later of the current time or your existing subscription expiry. Payment is currently handled by PayPal Checkout.

The final checkout amount may change according to your billing country, customer status, applicable VAT/GST/sales tax rules, our current tax registration status, currency configuration, coupon discount and PayPal confirmation screen. We do not apply a fixed UK VAT rate to every customer. Prices can be changed for future purchases, but an already completed fixed access period will not be shortened because of a later price change.
Coupon discounts are promotional values only. We may unilaterally change, suspend or withdraw coupon discount types, discount amounts, eligibility rules and related checkout rules for future checkouts at any time.
5. Coupons and referral features
Buyer coupon discounts are governed by the Coupon Terms. Optional referral coupons, invitations, direct commission, limited secondary attribution, payout requests, promotional conduct and coupon misuse are governed by the separate Referral & Coupon Terms.
We may unilaterally modify buyer discount values, direct commission values, limited secondary attribution values, payout thresholds, coupon eligibility, attribution settings and related referral coupon data or settings prospectively. The current admin-configured values shown in the checkout flow, assigned coupon record, coupon dashboard or legal documents apply unless a correction is needed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, legal compliance, accounting correction or system error.
Commission is calculated only from actual net subscription fees paid to ForceTrend.com. No commission is generated from free accounts, registrations, clicks, invitations, account creation, coupon storage or partner recruitment. The programme is not a multi-level marketing scheme, pyramid scheme, investment opportunity or get-rich-quick programme. You may not use your own coupon, create artificial purchases, misrepresent the service, spam coupon links or use coupons in a way that is illegal, misleading or abusive.
6. No financial advice
All articles, AI analysis, certainty scores, UP/DOWN labels, crisis indicators, history tests, widgets and price comparisons are provided for general informational purposes only. UP and DOWN labels show the aggregated direction of detected news signals. They are not trading instructions, investment advice or guaranteed predictions, and must not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short or otherwise trade any asset.
ForceTrend.com is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The service is not intended to be a regulated financial promotion, personal recommendation or trading instruction.
You are solely responsible for any investment, trading, business or other decision you make. You should obtain advice from a regulated and qualified professional before making financial decisions.
7. AI outputs, data and availability
AI outputs and scraped or third-party market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, unavailable, wrongly classified or affected by source changes. We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted access, a particular result, a trading profit, data accuracy or that any news-direction label will correctly indicate future price movement.
8. Acceptable use
You must not reverse engineer, scrape at excessive rates, overload the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, misuse API endpoints, resell access without permission, remove notices, infringe third-party rights, or use the service for unlawful, regulated or misleading activity.
9. Intellectual property
The software, interface, database structure, generated layouts, scoring logic, aggregated outputs and branding are owned by us or our licensors. News articles and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own lawful internal purposes while your account is active.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, market losses, indirect or consequential loss, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant subscription period giving rise to the claim. If you are a consumer, this liability section does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes, suspension and termination
We may update the service, legal documents, features, feeds, AI prompts, prices, access levels, coupon rules, buyer discount values, direct commission values, limited secondary attribution values, payout thresholds and referral coupon settings unilaterally from time to time. We may suspend access for security, maintenance, non-payment, chargebacks, suspected fraud, legal compliance or breach of these terms.
12. English law
These terms and any non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another jurisdiction that cannot be excluded.
