1. Subscription plans
The service offers paid monthly digital access. Prices are configured by the administrator and displayed at checkout before payment. Current configured prices are:
| Plan | Access period | Base price | Taxes | Checkout total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | 1 week | 14.99 USD | Digital-service VAT is calculated at checkout: UK customers 20%, EU consumers their billing-country VAT, EU businesses with a valid EU VAT ID reverse charge. | Shown at checkout before PayPal confirmation |
| Monthly | 1 month | 49.99 USD | Digital-service VAT is calculated at checkout: UK customers 20%, EU consumers their billing-country VAT, EU businesses with a valid EU VAT ID reverse charge. | Shown at checkout before PayPal confirmation |
| Yearly | 12 months | 499.99 USD | Digital-service VAT is calculated at checkout: UK customers 20%, EU consumers their billing-country VAT, EU businesses with a valid EU VAT ID reverse charge. | Shown at checkout before PayPal confirmation |
Prices, coupon discounts and admin-configured referral coupon values may be changed unilaterally for future checkouts. The checkout and PayPal confirmation screens show the amount payable for the purchase being completed.
2. Checkout process
- You log in or create an account.
- You enter billing details required for VAT, tax calculation and invoicing.
- You may enter an optional coupon code. If valid, it reduces the net subscription price before tax and may create referral attribution under the Referral & Coupon Terms.
- You choose a monthly plan and confirm the legal terms, Referral & Coupon Terms, risk notice and immediate digital access acknowledgement.
- You are redirected to PayPal to approve and complete payment.
- After PayPal confirms capture, the system extends your subscription and creates an invoice record.
Access starts immediately after successful PayPal capture. The system currently extends access manually through individual checkout payments and does not create an automatic recurring PayPal billing agreement unless the checkout flow is later changed to say so expressly. After payment, invoice and contract confirmation details may be provided by email and/or through your account.
3. Taxes, invoices and billing data
Taxes are calculated using the billing country selected at checkout, customer type, tax ID where supplied, applicable digital-service VAT rules and our current tax registration status. UK customers may be charged UK VAT, EU consumers may be charged their billing-country VAT, and EU business customers with a valid EU VAT ID may be treated as reverse charge with the customer accounting for VAT. EU consumer digital-service VAT is an OSS/non-Union OSS type issue, not IOSS for imported physical goods. The invoice uses the company details configured by the administrator and the billing details you submit. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate before payment.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Consumer cancellation rights may apply under UK consumer law and any mandatory local consumer law that applies to you. By purchasing paid digital access, you request immediate access to the digital service. Where applicable law allows, you acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right may be lost once digital access has started.
Refund requests can be sent to support@forcetrend.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Where a refund is legally required or approved by us, it will normally be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
If a subscription is refunded, the related paid access may be disabled from the refund date. Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
We may refuse or reduce refunds where access has been supplied, where there is misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, breach of terms, or where no legal refund right applies.
5. Failed payments and chargebacks
If payment is cancelled, reversed, disputed, refunded or suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend or remove subscription access, cancel invoices, reverse coupon redemptions and reverse referral commission records connected to that payment.
For PayPal disputes, ForceTrend.com may provide transaction records, subscription access logs, account upgrade timestamps, invoice records and proof that digital access was provided to the paying user.
