Alterego Agent Ltd trading as ForceTrend.com is the controller for personal data processed through ForceTrend.com unless a separate notice says otherwise. This policy explains how we process personal data under the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and related privacy rules.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: username, email, password hash, login/session status, access level and account status.
- Subscription data: plan, subscription expiry, payment status, PayPal order and capture identifiers, invoice number and renewal reminder status.
- Billing data: billing name, company name, VAT or tax ID, address, country, VAT rate and invoice details.
- Referral and coupon data: assigned coupon codes, invite codes, buyer discount records, attribution records, commission records, payout requests and bank details submitted for payout.
- Technical data: IP-adjacent server logs where enabled by hosting, browser/session cookies, security events, device and request metadata.
- Support data: messages, email correspondence and any information you choose to send us.
3. Why we use personal data
- Contract: to create accounts, authenticate users, provide subscription access, process checkout, generate invoices and administer coupons.
- Legal obligation: to keep tax, accounting, anti-fraud and business records where required.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, improve reliability, investigate errors, handle support and manage coupon attribution and referral coupon payouts.

AI news analysis is designed to process market news and article content. We do not intentionally send user billing, bank, password or payment data to AI models for the news analysis workflow.
Referral coupon payout bank details are used only to review and pay commission requests, perform fraud, identity or sanctions checks where needed, keep accounting records and resolve disputes.
4. Sharing personal data
We may share personal data with payment processors such as PayPal, hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, tax/accounting advisers, professional advisers, fraud prevention or security providers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Security logs are kept for a limited period unless needed for investigation.

The service is not intended for children. You must not create an account or purchase a subscription if you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
