1. Coupon codes
Coupon codes may be created, assigned, activated, deactivated or edited by an administrator. A valid coupon may reduce the buyer's subscription price before tax is calculated or before the final checkout total is confirmed. Coupon availability may depend on currency, plan, activity status, checkout validation, new-user eligibility and fraud controls.
We may unilaterally change coupon discount types, discount amounts, buyer eligibility, currency or plan restrictions, activation status and coupon-related settings for future checkouts. A displayed or previously advertised coupon discount is not a guarantee that the same discount will remain available for later purchases.
2. Buyer eligibility and checkout validation
A coupon is not valid until the checkout system accepts it. We may reject a coupon where it is expired, inactive, in the wrong currency, limited to new users, used by the coupon owner's own account, connected to fraud, technically invalid, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.
The buyer is responsible for checking the final PayPal confirmation amount before payment. A coupon discount is not cash, credit, stored value or a right to a future discount.
3. Referral attribution
Some coupons are assigned to registered accounts. If a coupon creates referral attribution or commission records, that attribution, direct commission, limited secondary attribution, payout request and promotional conduct are governed by the separate Referral & Coupon Terms.
4. Reversals and abuse
We may reverse discounts and coupon redemptions connected to refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam, artificial purchases, duplicate accounts, unlawful marketing, technical errors or breach of these terms.
5. No transfer or resale
Unless we expressly permit it, coupons must not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, auctioned, bulk-distributed through deceptive channels, or used to bypass subscription access controls.
